Founder & Managing Partner | Raghu and Ram
In practice since 1978, Mr. T. Raghunathan is a senior member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ('ICAI') with over 45 years of distinguished professional experience. As the Founder and Managing Partner, he has been the guiding force behind the firm's growth and reputation. He is currently pursuing the Certificate Course on Ind AS and has completed Level I of the Certificate Course on Artificial Intelligence offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, strengthening his expertise in contemporary financial reporting frameworks. These initiatives highlight his proactive approach to continuous learning and his focus on integrating technology-driven insights into professional practice.
He has extensive hands-on expertise in income tax appeals and representation, advisory services, bank audits, government statutory audits, and corporate and noncorporate compliance. During his articleship, he was involved in the audit and finalisation of leading textile mills in and around Coimbatore, building a strong foundation in industry-focused practice. Post qualification, he handled finalisation of Government audits in his earlier employment and later expanded his independent practice to serve corporates, trusts, banks, and high-net-worth individuals. .
He has successfully represented clients before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, securing favourable outcomes in complex tax matters. He continues to oversee a wide and diverse client portfolio while mentoring the professional team with his experience, integrity, and practical wisdom.

In active practice since 2002, Rajesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of extensive professional experience. He is currently pursuing the Certificate Course on Ind AS and has successfully completed Level I of the Certificate Course on Artificial Intelligence conducted by ICAI, demonstrating his commitment to staying updated with evolving accounting standards and emerging technologies.
He has deep expertise in statutory audits, taxation and regulatory compliance, advisory services, individual taxation, and trust audits. He is particularly known for his in-depth understanding of the textile industry, having handled numerous audit and compliance assignments within the sector. Over the years, he has built a strong and trusted client base across Coimbatore and surrounding regions, offering practical and solution-oriented guidance.

In practice since 2009, Sandhya is a qualified Chartered Accountant with wide-ranging experience across audit and advisory services. She is currently pursuing Certificate course on Ind AS and has completed Level I of the Certificate course on Artificial intelligence, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development.
She works extensively on corporate and non-corporate audits, bank audits, internal audits and trust audits for clients across multiple sectors. Her advisory work focuses on helping businesses and individuals navigate compliance requirements and make informed financial decisions.
She also supports individuals and family groups with taxation matters, offering clear and practical guidance. Sandhya is known for her calm, hands-on approach and her ability to simplify complex issues for both clients and teams.
CA Bhagyashree Nathan BCom., ACA, DISA

Bhagyashree is a qualified Chartered Accountant and currently serves as a Partner at Raghu & Ram. She has completed the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI and is currently pursuing the Diploma in International Taxation, the Certificate Course on Ind AS, and Level II of the Artificial Intelligence course, staying aligned with evolving global and technological advancements.
She works closely with clients across manufacturing, trading and service sectors, leading audit and taxation engagements with a practical and solution-oriented approach. With earlier experience at BSR & Co. LLP (KPMG) Transfer Pricing practice, she brings strong technical depth in litigation, assessments and cross-border tax matters.
She believes in being accessible and hands-on, guiding teams while maintaining direct involvement in critical areas of every engagement. Her focus remains on delivering clarity, building trust and creating long-term value for clients.

A qualified Chartered Accountant from the ICAI, Shanju currently serves as Manager – Audit and Assurance at Raghu and Ram. Having completed her articleship with the firm and continuing her association for over 3.5 years, she brings deep institutional knowledge and strong client insight.
She has successfully completed Level I of the Certificate Course on Artificial Intelligence conducted by the ICAI, enhancing her understanding of emerging technologies. She leads statutory audit and assurance engagements across diverse industries, ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting standards.
Her role involves planning, execution oversight, team supervision, and direct client coordination. Shanju is committed to delivering high-quality, timely outcomes while fostering strong and enduring client relationships.
